The following are included in our base fee for furnished small business office space:
- Executive offices from 100 to 200 square feet
- Custom compatible telephone
- Reception services, including phone answering and message taking, weekdays, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. except holidays
- Incoming mail service
- Free notary service
- 10 hours of conference room time per month, in one of three rooms as available. Reservations should be made in advance
- Daily office cleaning
- Kitchen facilities (microwave, refrigerator, spring water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate)
- Heat, air conditioning and electricity
- High-Speed internet with backup secondary service for redundancy.
- Two telephone lines so your callers do not get a busy signal.
- Voice mail with remote notification.
- Most offices are furnished with the following: desk, desk chair, two guest chairs, file cabinet, wastebasket, and chair mat
